Empowering Youth for Green Careers
Europe’s economy relies on SMEs and NGOs, yet only a fraction have adopted comprehensive sustainability practices. The project addresses the “missing middle” – organizations that lack the resources for expensive consultants but are eager to go green.

The project included two main domains which are social entrepreneurship and environment and climate change. The topic of plastic waste and recycling based on entrepreneurial initiatives was the main aspect of the project.

The project was based on an innovative approach of combining non-formal education in the field of entrepreneurship, fundraising (with a special focus on crowdfunding), digital tools and cultural learning.

The aim of the project was to provide participants with practical skills in photo shooting and editing, encourage youth mobility, develop digital competencies and increase their competitive advantages in labor market.

Ru(Vi)ral tourism
The project was based on non-formal learning and focused on the topic of entrepreneurship, youth unemployment and rural tourism. The goal of the project was to teach entrepreneurial skills and general knowledge of it among youngsters from 8 different countries (Norway, Romania, Latvia, Spain, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) who encounter socio-economic and geographic hardships.

Up! Entrepreneurship and hiking
Through experiencing mountain hiking trips, participants of this project gained knowledge about rural tourism, management of events and how to use rural or urban areas for certain cases of eco tourism. The result is the developed hiking guidebooks that gives information about hiking tour management, safety, team-building activities and games.

Fostering youth entrepreneurship through handicrafts
Through practical workshops organized by different national teams participants of the project got acquainted with several handicrafts such as decoupage, plaster mask making, rug weaving, woodcarving and vitrail glass painting.

The project was about managing local and international volunteering initiatives, and it helped to develop strategies for mentoring and including young people with fewer opportunities.

Digitizing rural entrepreneurship
The aim of the project was to provide practical entrepreneurial skills and knowledge, encourage youth mobility, develop digital competencies and sense of entrepreneurship among youth coming from rural areas of Norway, Armenia, Moldova, Georgia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Romania, and Ukraine.

Youths Connecting Europe
The project intended to deliver youngsters and youth leaders a better understanding of common European values and identity. As a result, they became familiar with European values and multicultural diversity. Action-oriented workshops acted as a vector for meeting the goals and they ensured that all the objectives are implemented clear and smooth.
